Master Cleanse: Making the lemonade (day 6)


Master cleanse recipe: 2 quarts(640z) water, 5 organic lemons (juiced)or 1 cup, 6/10tsp cayenne pepper and 1/2 - 1cup grade B maple syrup depending on your weight loss goals. 1 tbp has 50 calories. 1/2cup=400, 3/4cup=600, 1cup=800.
